QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably a Registered Mechanical Engineer
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., ISO, FMEA, CAPA, Six Sigma).
- Ability to identify project issues, analyze root causes, and recommend effective solutions to correct defects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and mitigate project risks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing project documentation related to quality control such as testing, inspection, and calibration
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, field operation, service, procurement, and logistics, to achieve project goals and objectives
